Job Purpose:
RadiumOne is seeking an experienced Product Manager to focus on data warehousing and digital media optimization. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Duties:
- Help drive ongoing development of RadiumOne data management and digital media optimization capabilities, including data acquisition and integration, audience segmentation, predictive modeling, ad campaign optimization and online analytics
- Identify and prioritize data management and optimization needs, translate the needs into requirements for Data Technology, Predictive Analytics teams, and Core Engineering teams
- Define strategy and road map of the internal data management and optimization products
- Assist with defining tagging and performance tracking strategies for other online products
- Help other RadiumOne products measure product success and KPIs
- Help assess partnership, licensing, and acquisition opportunities in Data and Optimization areas
- Maintain relationships with Data Partners
- Keep up with the competitive landscape within the industry
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and maintaining internal or external products
- Knowledge of the online data and advertising industry
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in an online environment.
- Experience in display and mobile data and advertising preferred
- Experience in analytical insights and data visualization
- Familiarity with statistical modeling desired
- Experience with agile and offshore development desired
