Bill Lonergan

Chief Executive Officer

Bill is the Chief Executive Officer of RadiumOne. Prior to joining RadiumOne, Bill was the Chief Financial Officer of Tapjoy, Inc.

With over 25 years of management experience in online media, he has scaled operations for several companies. Bill has an impressive record of driving growth, efficiency and profitability for technology companies. He has a strong background in developing and implementing strategic plans, motivating high performance teams and managing finance and operations.

Previously, Bill was the Chief Financial Officer of BlueLithium, where he had responsibility for finance and operations. Bill was also responsible for managing the M&A process and the integration of BlueLithium with Yahoo. Prior to BlueLithium, Bill worked with LookSmart, Tacit Software and was a senior partner with KPMG for over twelve years.

Bill has a BA in Geography from the University of Durham, England. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.


Anna Baird

Chief Financial Officer

Anna is the Chief Financial Officer of RadiumOne, providing financial and operational leadership for the company. Prior to joining RadiumOne, Anna was the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations at Say Media.

Anna has over 20 years of experience helping technology companies with international expansion and strategic initiatives. She focuses on developing high performing teams and processes that are value add to the business, globally consistent and can scale with growth.

Previously, Anna was a Managing Partner at Connor Group providing guidance and leadership to companies working on their initial public offering. Prior to Connor, she was a Senior Vice President at McAfee working with the BOD, CEO and CFO on global strategy, scalability of infrastructure and organizational alignment. She also spent over 17 years at KPMG in Silicon Valley occupying many leadership roles and was the Global Lead Partner on several premier technology companies including Google and Intuit.

Anna is a CPA, Six Sigma Green Belt certified and has her BS from CSU Fresno with executive courses from Harvard and Wharton.


Eric Bader

Chief Marketing Officer

Eric is the Chief Marketing Officer of RadiumOne, leading brand development, marketing activities and partnerships with the advertising and brand management industries.

Eric’s career has spanned both agency leadership and entrepreneurial ventures, all focused on new media and brand management. Prior to joining RadiumOne, Eric was the President and Chief Strategy Officer of IPG’s Initiative Media.

Previously, Bader was President of BrandInHand, a leading mobile marketing company that he co-founded in 2007. He was also formerly Managing Director of Digital, at MediaVest Worldwide.

Before his tenure at MediaVest he was the head of online enterprises at CSTV Networks (now CBS College Sports) and prior to that, Eric served for seven years as head of interactive marketing at Ogilvy.


Rupert Staines

Managing Director, Europe

Rupert is the European Managing Director for RadiumOne Inc. Prior to joining RadiumOne, Rupert was responsible for creating, expanding and scaling the European online media operations for Specific Media (now VIANT), and Conversant Media (recently acquired by Alliance Data Systems).

With 25 years of international business experience, the last 17 in digital, he has successfully developed and driven the strategic plans for US ad-tech companies, building and motivating high performance teams in the process. He has a passion for the startup culture and digital disruption and states his mission as being ‘to help articulate and demystify digital advertising as information and consumer technologies collide’.

Rupert holds a BA in German Language and Management Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.


Frederic Bellier

Managing Director, France

Frederic is the Managing Director of France at RadiumOne, leading the international expansion and development of RadiumOne’s Paris office.

Frederic is a true marketing and business development visionary with over 15 years of experience in the media and advertising industry. Prior to joining RadiumOne, Frederic was the EVP of Global Media Sales and Marketing at Daily Motion.

Previously, Frederic was Head of Portal Media Sales and Business Development at Telecom Italia France, the leading telecom and Media Company in Italy. He was also formerly Head of Media Sales and Business Development, at Tiscali.

Frederic brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building teams and organizations. His reputation and relationships in the France market will help RadiumOne establish itself as an industry leader all across Europe.


Michael Chabert

Managing Director, Northern Europe

Michael is the Managing Director of RadiumOne across the Northern Europe territory, which includes his native Denmark as well as Sweden, Norway, Finland and The Netherlands. He provides organizational, sales and service leadership for the company.

A longtime online industry veteran having come up through digital and media agencies, Michael built his career by starting and running Advertising.com in Denmark and the Netherlands for seven Years. He eventually ascended to the role of SVP, North Europe for Specific Media in 2008.

Michael is a well-recognized authority having written “e-Marketing”. In Danish, it was the first book regarding online advertising published in Denmark.

Michael earned a Masters degree from CBS (Copenhagen Business School) and a certificate from the Executive Management Program at INSEAD.


Kerry McCabe

Managing Director, Asia Pacific

Before joining RadiumOne Kerry ran his own leadership coaching and digital media consultancy business – Integral Dynamics. He worked alongside advertising, media, marketing and technology CEO’s and entrepreneurs on digital business strategy, sales/marketing, leadership capability and culture.

Prior to starting his own business, Kerry was the Director of Advertising and Online at Microsoft across Asia Pacific. He led the division’s corporate development, advertising, marketing and publishing efforts across the region. His Australian responsibilities included representing Microsoft on the Mi9 Board and managing the company’s shareholding in Ninemsn, Bing, Skype, Cudo, RateCity and iSelect.

Kerry comes with a broad and successful leadership background spanning both traditional and digital media channels. He has developed winning cultures and high-performance sales, marketing and corporate strategy operations in the press, out-of-home and online sectors across Asia, the UK and North America.

Alongside Kerry’s professional achievements, he is an active leader in the not-for-profit sector. He is the Founder and Chairman of UN LTD (formerly MAYDAY – Media Assisting Youth), the media, marketing and advertising industry youth not-for-profit fundraising body. UN LTD has generated in excess of AUD 5 million over the past 6-years and provided an additional AUD 3 million in marketing and pro-bono services to beneficiaries.


Mike Werner

SVP, Sales

Mike is responsible for RadiumOne’s sales and messaging to agencies and brand advertisers. In addition, he is charged with growing the company’s sales force throughout the United States and equipping it with the tools necessary to meet the company’s aggressive growth plans.

Prior to RadiumOne, Mike served as the VP of Sales and co-founder at BlueLithium, a second-generation ad network. Mike built the BlueLithium sales team and was responsible for bringing in several large advertisers to help launch the company. Prior to BlueLithium, Mike was the Director of Sales at ClickAgents where he was successful in building a sales team and bringing brand advertisers to the ad network fold for the first time. Mike brings over 12 years of digital ad network experience to RadiumOne. He has handled strategic accounts, launched new products, and built sales teams from the ground up. In the process, he has proven himself to be an accomplished manager, skilled in executing integrated sales programs.

Mike holds a degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley.


Alex Gove

VP, Corporate Development

Alex comes to RadiumOne from Walden Venture Capital, which he joined in October 1999. At Walden, he sourced numerous investments in digital media and other sectors and represented Walden as both a board member and observer. Before Walden, Alex was a Senior Editor and Senior Columnist at Red Herring magazine, a monthly publication focusing on the business of technology. From April 1995, until his departure, he was responsible for the magazine’s venture capital and digital media coverage and wrote numerous features and cover stories about leading companies and players in Silicon Valley. Alex began his career in entertainment production and investment banking. Alex graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College.


Dimitri Vaynblat

SVP, Data Optimization and Product Strategy

Dimitri is responsible for “making the data work” as well as for product innovation and strategy. He is an acknowledged expert in the field of optimization science and technologies as it applies to digital media and advertisement as well as to a range of other industries. Over the course of his career, Dimitri has led many projects focused on design and implementation of large-scale models for consumer behavior.

Dimitri comes to RadiumOne from RedAril, a data management and audience optimization ad-tech provider, which he co-founded and served as CTO and VP Products and Operations. Prior to Red Aril, Dimitri was VP Product Strategy and Behavioral Targeting at NebuAd, a pioneer in ISP-data based online advertising. Dimitri joined NebuAd from Exigen Group, a technology and services provider for Media, Financial Services, and Insurance customers, where he led the Operational and Strategic Planning group. Prior to Exigen, Dimitri was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co, where he served Fortune 500 clients on a range of business issues, including consumer behavior and marketing as well as technology development and deployment.

Dimitri holds a Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from MIT.


David Edri

VP, Engage Business Unit

David leads RadiumOne Engage, our vibrant marketplace for advertisers to engage with social game enthusiasts and drive high value branded experiences with Fortune 500 advertisers.

Prior to joining RadiumOne, David had extensive CPA and social media experience, he was Founder and CEO at Formove.com, a venture that connected consumers directly to companies that provide premium mortgages and relocation services online. Prior to Formove.com, David was founder of 123Out.com, nightlife social network that connected social communities and entertainment venues in 12 cities across the US, including New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Chicago. 123out was acqui-hired to Bluelithium in early 2007. David led Bluelithium’s social network division.


Igor Danchenko

VP, Engineering

Igor is responsible for all aspects of the RadiumOne technology platform and ensures our technical leadership in the social-media advertising marketplace. Igor was a key member of the engineering team at MIODAT and was instrumental in developing AdRevolver, one of the first ad servers engineered to take advantage of today’s rich media ads and high-bandwidth consumer environment. Igor was involved in supporting the AdRevolver architecture for its strategic partnership with BlueLithium. Igor joined Yahoo! through its acquisition of BlueLithium. At Yahoo!, Igor lead the TAO development team to build a next-generation analytics and optimization engine. Igor holds an MS in Computer Science from Belarusian State University.


Jim Lee

VP, Operations

Jim manages all advertising operations of RadiumOne’s Enterprise Platform, including campaign execution, client services, supply management, and internal tools.

Prior to RadiumOne, Jim held multiple business operations roles at Yahoo!, overseeing operational, strategic, and M&A initiatives for the company’s flagship property, yahoo.com, and its mobile products. He also ran the company’s Marketing Valuation capability, providing user lifetime value analysis to support several-hundred million worth of internal marketing spend across display, mobile, affiliate, and search channels. Previously, he was strategy consultant with Accenture’s global technology practice.

Jim graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Economics.
