Via.Me gives you the tools to act as your own publisher and syndicate your content across multiple platforms. With Via.Me, everyone can be a publisher. Also, brands can aggregate their social presences and leverage their immense amount of social data to help other marketing efforts.
The Via.Me QA team is looking for a creative and outgoing problem-solver interested in leading brand support for our web and mobile applications.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Lead technical support for the Via.Me team
- Effectively communicate with and troubleshoot business development clients' issues independently
- Track and respond to technical issues arising from customer support
- Act as a liason between brands and the Via.Me team for product requests
- Train customers as required
Requirements and Skills:
- B.S. Degree
- Experience supporting web and/or mobile applications
- Desire to create one of the best social platforms in the market
- Knowledge of browser/os compatibility issues
- Knowledge of the architecture of mobile and web applications
- Entrepreneurial and personable
- The ability get things done in a fast-paced environment
