Account Manager

Are you an Account Manager or Client Services Professional who’s ready for their next big career move?

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented Account Manager who possesses a strong client services background and consultative sales approach. If you have a proven track record of successful account management roles, as well as experiences in the Internet advertising / media market, then we want to hear for you.  This is an onsite position, located in our San Francisco office.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor campaign performance through regular data analysis using  Salesforce, Excel , Tableau, and other internal resources
  • Work with relevant internal teams to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns as necessary
  • Create and maintain client pixels, process IOs, prepare creative/tags for trafficking, manage billing
  • Oversee the incremental growth and renewal of portfolio
  • Work closely with the sales team to establish goals and renewal recommendations for our varied client set
  • Assist in the development of sales collateral used to educate clients
  • Approve and/or suggest a revised structure for all incoming deals to ensure they are set up for success
  • Respond to planning requests including but not limited to: inventory, mocks, pricing, ad-products, and creative specifications
  • Collaborate with rich media vendors to product brand-tailored creative ad-units
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise of products and best practices to provide value to customers
  • Ensure that client engagements related to your portfolio result in high satisfaction and high performance

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field ( Marketing, Communications, Informatics)
  • 2-3 years account management/client services experience, strong preference toward candidates coming from similar or related roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, team player & entrepreneurial
  • Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus, maximizing productivity, and meeting deadlines while multi-tasking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and any Advertising specific platforms is a plus

Account Director Responsibilities
• Identify, develop and close digital, mobile and video opportunities with media agencies and clients.
• Prospect new opportunities.
• Deliver & exceed quarterly revenue goals.
• Provide solid marketplace feedback and identify opportunities that enhance product marketing and revenue.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to generate client-specific marketing solutions.
Skills & Attributes
• Proven experience in digital ad sales.
• High degree of strategic thinking, self-motivation and drive.
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
Experience Requirements

• bachelor degree in relevant field PLUS 3+ years experience in online advertising sales.
• Ad Tech knowledge is a plus.
• Must be a strong negotiator and have creative, compelling, and persuasive presentation skills.
• PowerPoint skills are preferred.
