Account Director Responsibilities
• Identify, develop and close digital, mobile and video opportunities with media agencies and clients.

Account Coordinator

RadiumOne is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing team. As an Account Coordinator you will primarily support the Client Services team while learning what it takes to manage your own accounts. This is a great opportunity for recent College graduates or someone who is looking to get into digital advertising.

 

This position is currently available in San Francisco.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Client Services Account team with the goal of growing into an Account Manager role
  • Develop firm grasp on RadiumOne offerings and best practices
  • Compile information/items for RFP submissions as needed including but not limited to: avails, mocks, competitive research, and specs
  • Help regional Account Managers with screenshots, trafficking, and reporting as needed
  • Own pace and performance of smaller accounts and work with respective Account Managers to identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Analyze data and compile meaningful insights to deliver to clients

The Client Analytics team at RadiumOne is focused on adding value for our agency and advertiser partners through custom engagements focused on identifying and solving customers’ business problems and ensuring consumers have the best brand experiences possible across both marketing and user experience.

 

As Manager of Client Analytics, you will lead a small team of Client Analysts through the full cycle of custom analysis and client engagements. You will aim to drive innovation both internally at RadiumOne and externally with our agency and advertiser clients, offering new perspectives, analytical techniques, visualizations, and recommendations that help our clients make measurable decisions in their customer experience and marketing strategies. Most importantly, you’ll work to develop our Client Analysts to ensure growth in their thought processes, analyses, and communications styles.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of Client Analysts
  • Get hands on with our data, from our Hadoop cluster all the way through to client-ready visualizations and presentations
  • Build narratives and communications techniques that educate and improve client understanding of data and analytics
  • Work directly with our largest clients to interpret their business challenges and create concrete analytical plans
  • Recommend and explain effective tracking implementations to capture rich data
  • Create your own scalable models to process raw data sets
  • Develop the analytical thinking, communications skills, and careers of our Client Analysts

 

The experience you’ll need:

  • Must be a strong oral communicator and have creative, compelling, and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Academic background in a quantitative or technical field (Engineering, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics, hard sciences) or comparable professional experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 6-8 years prior work experience in an analytics or data focused role, experience in marketing technology is a strong plus
  • 2-3 years prior management experience with a proven track record of onboarding and developing talented contributors
  • Must be fluent in SQL with sound understanding of RDBMS
  • Must be proficient in a scripting language, ideally Python, with an emphasis on data analysis and revelant packages
  • Must be proficient in R for statistical analysis
  • Strong background in statistics required; applicable machine learning experience a plus
  • Experience with Tableau, Qlikview, or similar data visualization tools
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences from data and communicating your findings to non-technical stakeholders

RadiumOne is searching for a motivated, detail oriented and analytical Affiliate Marketing Associate to support Engage, a leading CPA network of social games and applications. This dynamic individual will manage all of Engage’s affiliate accounts.

What you’ll do:
• Manage all Affiliate accounts from account integration through campaign end.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance to ensure quality and volume.
• Work with existing Affiliate accounts to identify additional revenue opportunities and increase revenue.

Description: RadiumOne is looking for a qualified intern to join our Business Development team. Our department works closely with the media sales team to pitch, integrate, and support the RadiumOne Analytics software suite. Our intelligent software helps brands tap into and understand high intent consumer signals across their paid, earned, owned and shared channels. Informed by the signals gathered we are able to determine valuable consumers and use these insights to develop media buying strategies as well as marketing strategies which will meet and exceed brands business goals.We are seeking an intern who can participate in various stages of each product sales cycle. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Business Development and Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities: Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:

Qualifications:
