Account Coordinator

RadiumOne is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing team. As an Account Coordinator you will primarily support the Client Services team while learning what it takes to manage your own accounts. This is a great opportunity for recent College graduates or someone who is looking to get into digital advertising.

 

This position is currently available in San Francisco.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Client Services Account team with the goal of growing into an Account Manager role
  • Develop firm grasp on RadiumOne offerings and best practices
  • Compile information/items for RFP submissions as needed including but not limited to: avails, mocks, competitive research, and specs
  • Help regional Account Managers with screenshots, trafficking, and reporting as needed
  • Own pace and performance of smaller accounts and work with respective Account Managers to identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Analyze data and compile meaningful insights to deliver to clients

Desired Skills/Experience:

Client Analyst

The Client Analytics team at Radiumone is focused on adding value to our advertisers through data and research. As a Client Analyst, you will be a part of the product and data science organizations, and you will work as an extension of the sales and client services teams, supporting their efforts with structured data analysis and actionable insights. You will get a chance to lead as well as perform detailed analyses to drive recommendations and present your work to internal and external clients. Your work will enable our clients to make effective decisions about their marketing and advertising efforts and strengthen their relationship with RadiumOne.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze internal data from campaigns and other sources and provide custom analysis and insights.
  • Work with stakeholders in sales and client services to provide analytics support for key client projects
  • Manage research projects from ideation to analysis to visualization and present to teams and clients
  • Partner with the product teams to identify new products, data sources and potential for customer analytics and research
  • Identify and aggregate analysis across clients and develop vertical level insights
  • Provide consultation and develop reporting/dashboards to drive data driven decision making by our business partners
  • Perform exploratory data analysis that identifies trends and provides insights within/across verticals

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Engineering, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics, hard sciences preferred)
  • 1-2 years prior work experience in an analytics or data focused role
  • Must be proficient in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, HiveQL etc.). Any other programmable languages such as R or Python are a plus
  • Strong familiarity with statistical concepts
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Qlikview or other data visualization tools
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences from data

Title: Intern

Description: RadiumOne is looking for a qualified intern to join our Business Development team. Our department works closely with the media sales team to pitch, integrate, and support the RadiumOne Analytics software suite. Our intelligent software helps brands tap into and understand high intent consumer signals across their paid, earned, owned and shared channels. Informed by the signals gathered we are able to determine valuable consumers and use these insights to develop media buying strategies as well as marketing strategies which will meet and exceed brands business goals.We are seeking an intern who can participate in various stages of each product sales cycle. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Business Development and Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities: Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:

  • Assisting with monthly/custom reporting
  • Creating Custom Decks
  • Conducting market research by verticals
  • Campaign wrap up insights
  • Managing inbound requests and registrations

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or has obtained a BA/BS
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong attention to detail

Additional Information:

  • Located in San Francisco
  • 3-month part time (20-25 hours) paid internship with option for full-time
