Major Moves Point to Company’s Marketplace Strength and Ability to Attract Top Talent
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – September 15, 2015 – RadiumOne, a leading global marketing technology company providing programmatic buying solutions for the world’s top brands and agencies, today announced three new hires that build on the company’s unprecedented momentum.
The three new hires are: Travis Hockersmith, VP of Customer Success, Maria Chung Peritore, VP of People and Deke Faires, VP of National Strategic Accounts.

In the past year, RadiumOne has recorded the strongest financial results in its history. In a departure from most companies in its space, RadiumOne is also profitable. Based on these results, this past July, the company was able to close on a financing round of $55 million in debt and equity from a top tier group of Silicon Valley investors.

Travis Hockersmith joins RadiumOne as Vice President of Customer Success and is responsible for leading the customer service team, focused on strategy and innovation for our clients. Before joining RadiumOne, Hockersmith was Vice President of Client Strategy at YuMe, where he oversaw the account management and media insights and analytics teams. He previously held senior positions at various companies including Kinko’s Inc. and Intel. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
Prior to joining RadiumOne, Maria was the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Coupons.com Incorporated, a leading digital promotion and media platform company, where she built the HR infrastructure and supported the growth of the company from less than 100 employees to over 600 worldwide, including the Company’s IPO in 2014. Maria held previous roles at Yahoo!, Wells Fargo Bank and Elance. Maria holds BA degrees in Sociology and Asian American Studies from University of California, Santa Barbara and SPHR certification through HR Certification Institute.
Lastly, as Vice President of National Strategic Accounts, Deke Faires will be responsible for strategic relationships with brands and agencies and will lead the expanded adoption of the company’s self-serve offerings. Faires is a marketing technology industry veteran and joins RadiumOne from MediaMath, where he was responsible for managing new and existing accounts on the West Coast. Faires received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
